Shilte AI Ltd partners with Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. All transactions are governed by the Paddle Invoiced Consumer Terms and Conditions.
Any free trial for Shilte AI services ends automatically. No payment is required to start a trial. You will only be charged if you manually choose to subscribe to a paid plan after the trial period expires.
Payments for Shilte AI Ltd services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Each subscription is linked to a specific businessID. It is the user's responsibility to manage the subscription status for their businessID via the account dashboard.
As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel your initial subscription within 14 days of the transaction. However, please note the following exception as per Paddle's terms:
To cancel a subscription and prevent future renewals, you must do so through your dashboard at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us at info@shilte.com or reach out to Paddle support directly within 14 days of the transaction.
Shilte AI Ltd provides a calendar interface for client bookings. While our system connects to your calendar to read availability, it cannot edit or delete existing calendar entries. Technical issues related to third-party calendar providers are not grounds for a refund.
